english service
>> 11:00 am We strive to create a dynamic experience that helps people of all ages seek a relationship with God through praise and worship, and ultimately connect with God. Our service includes a variety of cultural influences from American, Chinese, and even African styles of praise worship. Currently, we have adopted a rotation of pastoral speakers, our own lay speakers as well as retired guest pastors each month. The messages focuses on subjects like strengthening our spiritual health and how we can become more socially active in the community. Every Communion Sunday we have an intergenerational worship service where the youth and children can participate in the worship leadership. Each Sunday we take time to lift up prayers from the congregation. View the streaming broadcast of CCUMC's worship service on Sunday mornings. |

sermons
We invite you to view our English worship service sermon archive. Our rotational speakers:
communion As Jesus broke the bread and drank the wine with his disciples during his last supper here on earth, we partake in a monthly communion. The act of communion is an act of remembrance for the ultimate sacrafice Jesus has made for us. "...This is my body, which is for you; do this in remembrance of me." In the same way, after supper he took the cup, saying, "This cup is the new covenant in my blood; do this, whenever you drink it, in remembrance of me."
(I Cor. 11:24-25) children's time During each service, our worship team sets aside a time where the children can gather and hear a message usually related to scripture reading. Dedicated church family members share the message in a creative, easy, fun but clear way to the children. |
